Fly Alliance is an industry-leading Part 135 and Part 145 private aviation group, renowned for delivering exceptional luxury, uncompromising safety, and operational excellence. With a growing fleet of over 30 aircraft, eight global offices, and a team of nearly 300 dedicated professionals, we support a truly international operation. Recognized as a Top 20 U.S. Operator for three consecutive years, our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction continues to redefine what clients expect from private air travel.
This position serves as the backbone of our maintenance coordination for a specific segment of our Part 135 Charter Fleet. You will provide around-the-clock on-call oversight for five assigned aircraft, ensuring they remain airworthy and ready for service. This is not a standard 9-to-5 role; it is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will act as the primary liaison between flight crews, maintenance vendors, and the Director of Maintenance.
Your day will involve supporting crews on the road via phone, text, and email, while simultaneously coordinating with remote vendors to return aircraft to service quickly. You will assist in scheduled maintenance planning and perform both onsite and remote vendor audits. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt to a varied schedule that includes holidays, early mornings, nights, and weekends, often with short-notice changes. You will be the calm, decisive voice in emergency situations, interpreting technical procedures and regulations under pressure to ensure safety-of-flight.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age. The selection process includes a review of your three years of proven experience in a similar position. Please note that a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and background check are mandatory requirements for all finalists.
Fly Alliance is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
