About the Role
Build, repair, and make a difference by maintaining homes while earning steady pay and great benefits. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will partner with a team to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-kept for residents.
What to Expect
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position based in Roanoke and Salem, VA. You will work the first shift, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves a mix of general labor, custodial tasks, and grounds maintenance, offering a dynamic day-to-day environment where no two days are exactly the same.
