About the Role

Based at the Courtyard Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, VA, this position is integral to maintaining the operational excellence and guest experience of our property. You will serve as a key support member of the team, ensuring that all facilities and equipment function safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day work involves a blend of proactive preventative maintenance and responsive repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and utility systems. From addressing minor cosmetic issues like vinyl repair and touch-up paint to managing complex systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and ice machines, your efforts directly contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel. You will also play a critical role in safety protocols by immediately investigating alarms and coordinating with the Front Desk to resolve emergencies.
