About the Role
This position is based at the Residence Inn Cheektowaga/Buffalo. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the property's physical standards and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your day-to-day involves a blend of proactive preventative maintenance and responsive repairs across the hotel's facilities.
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment, ranging from guest room fixtures like vinyl, paint, and furniture to complex systems including HVAC, ice machines, and kitchen equipment. Your work ensures that the swimming pool, hot tub, and meeting rooms remain in top condition. Additionally, you will monitor energy conservation efforts and respond immediately to alarms, determining the cause and status before reporting findings to the Front Desk.
