You will join a team responsible for the operation, set-up, and utilization of 5-axis mill machines and the support processes used in the production of machined products. This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing output. You will work closely with product development engineers, supervisors, and the tooling department to execute projects with precision.
Your day will involve performing basic TruePath operations, inspecting finish tools, and analyzing results to confirm conformity. You will maintain fixtures and set-ups as assigned, perform daily machine maintenance, and ensure work areas remain clean and safe. As a key member of the shop floor, you will be alert to any changes in machine performance, promptly reporting issues to your supervisor and documenting all operations according to our Quality Manual.
