This position is essential to the development of our engines within a blended work environment. As an Onsite role, you will be a critical part of the production floor, ensuring the integrity and precision of our manufacturing processes. You will work primarily onsite to support the daily operations required to keep our machinery running and our quality standards high.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily walk-arounds prior to machining, receiving and examining integrals, slugs, or specimens for accuracy, and setting up basic machine tools for repairs and minor alterations. You will log specimens, follow blueprints and work instructions to mark locations accurately, and ensure outgoing specimens meet strict J section specifications. Additionally, you will assist in the development of other team members and engage in safe process optimization to achieve production and quality goals while maintaining cost savings.
This is a Third Shift position, operating Monday through Friday from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Overtime may be required, and you must be willing to train on an alternate shift if needed.
