About the Role
This Machine Operator position focuses on the extrusion and food production lines at our Conyers, GA facility. The role is designed for individuals who can maintain high-quality output while ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Day in the Life
You will operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, aiming to meet or exceed both quality and production standards. Your day involves troubleshooting routine process problems, assisting with tooling and product changeovers, and maintaining adequate supplies to ensure continuous line operation. You will also perform required quality checks and production reports efficiently, while keeping the work area organized, safe, and clean. As a team member, you may provide relief to other team members and perform Packer functions as necessary.
Shift and Schedule
This is a 3rd shift position (7 PM to 7 AM) featuring 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
