About the Role

The Machine Operator II operates one or several lithium-ion battery cell production machines within a variety of departments, including many clean-room environments. Machine types may include inspection and conveyance machines. In this role, you will work across a team to ensure safe and high-quality products, performing related machine and work area upkeep, material movement, and basic analysis while sustaining production logs.

You will be required to maintain active communication with co-workers and Maintenance Technicians for quality and production-related issues, elevating these to management when necessary. The role involves monitoring processes, performing continuous image inspections and visual quality checks, and preparing documentation as required. You will work and comply with safety working standards, practices, and all environmental regulations in addition to all company rules and policies.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing environment, automation, or assembly. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Work within the Metric and Standard systems of measurement. Basic skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
