We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join a high-end hardwood flooring manufacturer known for offering significant room for growth. This is a long-term, stable position designed for responsible individuals who value a workplace where performance and hard work are recognized and rewarded.
In this role, you will be cross-trained across every department, utilizing band saws, sanding equipment, and presses, while also handling general labor and loading/unloading materials. The position requires a sense of urgency to ensure all production runs on time and involves collaborating closely with all departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Once hired, you will be eligible for an excellent PTO plan, a profit share program for your retirement fund, and 100% medical coverage for the employee. The schedule is full-time (40 hours/week) on the first shift, running from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime available until 3:30 PM. After a 4-5 month training period, hours may shift to 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
