You will operate molding machines safely and efficiently, following strict start-up and shut-down procedures. Your day will involve performing secondary operations such as trimming or clipping parts, and inspecting components under magnification to ensure they meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, communicating effectively with team leads regarding part quality, and suggesting improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
