About the Role
The Operator plays a vital role in initiating operations in strict accordance with customer requirements while continuously monitoring performance to optimize production processes. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment, working with automated machinery to ensure high uptime and efficiency. The role requires a hands-on approach, where team members are expected to read and execute production schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and adapt to various operational areas as needed.
