As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your day will involve setting up, adjusting, and operating wire drawing machines and related equipment while following production schedules and technical drawings. You will load raw materials, ensure machines run at optimal performance, and monitor product quality through routine inspections. The role requires identifying process issues, suggesting improvements, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You will collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet production goals in a supportive, team-driven environment.
