About the Role
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for executing our overall mission, vision, and goals. You will assist a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellent customer service and top-line results. This position is dedicated to providing the various treatments and services of Lymphatic Organic as detailed in our Training Program, while building strong rapport with our clientele. You will report to the Office Manager and may have the opportunity to lead a Treatment Specialist Assistant in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExplain procedures and communicate treatment goals and expectations to clients
- check_circlePrepare and sanitize prep and treatment rooms with fresh linens and supplies
- check_circleReview client intake forms for completion and special considerations
- check_circleCapture and provide before and after pictures for client tracking
- check_circleVerify equipment and tools are in working condition before client arrival
- check_circleExecute lymphatic treatments according to the Lymphatic Organic Training Manual
- check_circleProcess payments and schedule follow-up appointments for clients
Requirements
- verifiedValid RN license in California, Massage Therapy License, or Body Contouring Certification
- verifiedMinimum 2-3 years of experience in the field
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMust be 18 years or older
- verifiedComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- verifiedReliable transportation
