About the Role
Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced LVN II to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will serve as a vital link in our interdisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Your day will involve performing patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments. You will play a key role in educating patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
