About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the interdisciplinary team, residents, and their families. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and lead Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest standards of safety and care on the unit.
Your day will involve monitoring resident conditions, performing assessments, and accurately documenting care in the Electronic Health Records (EHR). You will communicate changes in resident status to physicians and families, support care plan development, and ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance. As a Charge Nurse, you will also foster a compassionate environment that aligns with Touchstone's core values.
