About the Role

The Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager is a supporting management position within Jared Jewelers stores. This role exists to achieve store and individual sales goals by providing a superior guest experience and expert knowledge on all fashion merchandise (diamond fashion, gold, and color) and timepiece brands. You will oversee fashion and timepiece sales performance, manage merchandise launch executions, and implement product education provided by Signet. A key part of your day involves developing training plans to improve areas of opportunity for the store as a whole, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
