About the Role
As a key member of our Retail & Gift Shop team in Nashville, you will be the first face guests see, setting the tone for their experience. Your day will involve greeting customers with genuine appreciation, offering assistance in locating merchandise, and answering questions with clear, professional language. You will ensure the shop environment is neat and eye-appealing by displaying merchandise effectively and maintaining a clean storeroom.
Beyond sales, you will manage the full transaction process, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges, while verifying identification as required. You will also play a vital role in asset protection by monitoring customer activity to prevent loss and securing the shop. Whether you are restocking items, checking expiration dates, or assisting individuals with disabilities, you will anticipate and address guests' service needs according to company standards. This role requires physical agility to reach, bend, and lift objects, as well as the ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
