About the Role

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your work will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing instruments with a high level of skill and completing warranty repair work.

Success in this role is defined by a deep customer focus, the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way, and a genuine passion for helping them. You will be expected to identify opportunities, take positive action without being requested, and effectively train learners on techniques and product knowledge.
