This role is more than just physical labor or driving; it combines huge customer service and sales components. As a National Company that has recently launched in Scottsdale & Mesa, we are looking for team members to help support our growth. This is an opportunity to be part of a small business launch and grow with the company alongside a dedicated team.
Our mission is simple: "Saving the World, One Lug at a Time!" You will stay fit while helping people, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. Success in this role requires a commitment to "WOW-ing" our customers with exceptional service, maintaining a persistently positive attitude, and being a team player with excellent communication skills. You will be knowledgeable and comfortable presenting our service to prospective customers, excelling in a position of independence and responsibility while giving 110% in everything you do.
This position is designed to be your main focus, offering a dynamic day-to-day environment where you can earn through multiple channels including an hourly wage, tips, commissions, and bonuses. We offer a unique compensation package that includes "getting paid to work out," somewhat flexible scheduling, and weekly and monthly awards. You begin in an hourly position with overtime and performance incentives, with the opportunity to transition into leadership, business development, and other roles as they become available.
Candidates must be able to promptly commute to Junkluggers HQ in Scottsdale (near 101 and 202). We operate on weekday and Saturday shifts. While hours may vary from week-to-week, flexibility with your schedule is required. You must own a working smartphone and possess a valid driver's license with 2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving history.
