About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing direct care in accordance with established facility policies, procedures, and protocols.

In this position, you will be an integral part of the patient's recovery journey. Your day will involve monitoring and reporting changes in patient symptoms or behavior, communicating effectively with collaborating physicians and specialists, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also participate in the development of patient treatment plans and provide essential care such as administering medications, taking vital signs, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, and performing catheterizations.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be proficient in clinical skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and comfortable with basic computer operations and clinical software systems.
