About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients on their journey to recovery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

In this position, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established facility policies and protocols. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient symptoms or behavior, communicating with collaborating physicians and specialists, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also prepare and administer medications as prescribed and participate in the development of patient treatment plans.

Beyond clinical duties, you will provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas, or performing catheterizations. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. You must be proficient in clinical skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and knowledgeable in basic computer operations and clinical software systems.
