About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to providing direct care in accordance with established facility policies and protocols.
In this position, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patient symptoms or behavior, communicating with physicians and specialists regarding care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also participate in the development of patient treatment plans and administer basic care such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, and performing catheterizations.
