About the Role
As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress in a nurturing, dynamic environment designed to foster strong professional growth.
Your day will involve supporting patients through their recovery journey by reinforcing rehabilitation goals, assisting with mobility and activities of daily living, and ensuring safe, timely discharges. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and the broader care team to develop care plans, while also educating patients and their families on treatment protocols, medications, and self-care strategies.

Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN/LVN license in state of practice
