About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support individualized rehab plans under the direction of RNs and physicians.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment that promotes recovery and offers strong professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct bedside nursing care to rehabilitation patients under RN and physician direction

- check_circleEducate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, care, and medications
- check_circleMaintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation

Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN or LVN license in state of practice
