About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress while supporting individualized rehab plans under the direction of RNs and physicians.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- verifiedIV therapy certification (preferred)
- verifiedRehabilitation nursing experience (preferred)
