About the Role

Join our dedicated home care team to provide one-on-one, person-centered care for pediatric clients in the Fargo-Moorhead community. This role offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships and deliver focused care tailored to a single client's needs, all within the comfort of their home.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will enjoy the time and freedom to focus entirely on your client's well-being. Your day will involve administering medical treatments as ordered by physicians, providing respiratory support (including vent cares and suctioning), managing G-tube feeds, and assisting with personal care and daily living activities. You will also support individualized therapy and exercise programs and assist with taking clients to school. This position is designed for nurses who want to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families.
