About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to make a substantial impact in the lives of our patients by providing both clinical expertise and compassionate care. You will work within a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions directly enhance patient well-being.
In this role, you will partner with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for reactions, and recording medical information and vital signs. You will also guide and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance, modifying treatment plans as indicated by patient responses. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations is essential to our shared goal of excellence.
