About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to make a substantial impact in the lives of our patients by providing both clinical expertise and compassionate care. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions directly enhance patient well-being.
In this role, you will partner with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for reactions, and modifying treatment plans based on patient responses. You will also guide and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance, ensuring they have the knowledge to manage their health effectively.
