About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is designed to support RNs and physicians by monitoring patient status, administering medications, assisting with treatments and activities of daily living (ADLs), and reinforcing individualized rehabilitation plans.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and promote a safe, healing environment. Your work will be aligned with our patient-centered, growth-focused culture, ensuring that every interaction contributes to optimized patient outcomes and a compassionate care experience.

Requirements
