About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our GSS NE Albion facility, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.
Your day will involve assessing resident needs, administering medications and treatments, and documenting care outcomes. You will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with healthcare professionals and supportive personnel to address the physical and psychosocial needs of our community. Additionally, you will counsel residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans, utilizing your knowledge of resident education principles to develop self-care programs.
Location and Schedule
This full-time position is based at 1222 S 7th St, Albion, NE 68620. You will work 40 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.
