About the Role

We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team in enhancing the lives of millions through plasma donation. This role is designed for professionals with a background in emergency medical services or nursing who are looking for something different. You will serve as the medical backbone of our donation centers, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors while contributing to the future of healthcare.

In this position, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. A key part of your day involves building rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience, providing education on general health, and counseling individuals regarding test results. You will also evaluate donor injuries, manage adverse events, and assist in employee training and the administration of the Hepatitis Vaccine program. The role requires working in a plasma center environment, which may involve exposure to biological fluids, laboratory equipment, and extreme cold conditions within plasma freezers.
