About the Role
We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team in enhancing the lives of millions through plasma donation. This role is designed for professionals with a background as an EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, LPN, or RN who are looking for something different from traditional clinical settings.
In this position, you will be the medical face of our donation centers, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Your day will involve building strong rapport with donors to ensure their satisfaction while providing education on general health and counseling regarding test results. You will evaluate donor injuries and adverse events, manage confidentiality, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working independently to adapt to variable demands while maintaining a safe environment for both staff and donors.
