About the Role
As a Center Medical Specialist, you will join an international team working to enhance the lives of millions by ensuring the safety and quality of our plasma donation process. This role is designed for professionals seeking a dynamic environment where their clinical skills directly impact patient care. You will serve as the medical face of the donation center, building rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of medical safety.
Your day will involve performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will provide essential education on general health, counsel donors regarding test results, and manage any adverse events or injuries that occur during the donation process. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in training staff and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. The position requires adaptability, as you will work independently to manage variable demands in a fast-paced plasma center environment.
