About the Role
As a Center Medical Specialist, you will join an international team working to enhance the lives of millions by managing the critical process of plasma donation. This role is designed for professionals seeking a dynamic environment where their clinical skills directly impact community health. You will serve as the medical face of our donation centers, building rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.
Your day will involve performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will provide essential education regarding general health and counsel donors on test results, while also evaluating and managing any adverse events or injuries. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in training employees and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program, all within a supportive, family-oriented culture.
