As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in our plasma donation centers. This position is designed for those seeking something different who want to utilize their nursing or medical skills to make a tangible impact on donor health and safety. You will be the face of our mission, building rapport with donors to ensure their overall satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of medical care.
In this role, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will provide donor education regarding general health, counsel donors on test results, and evaluate or manage donor injuries and adverse events. Your work ensures donor and staff confidentiality while helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our community.
