About the Role
We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team in enhancing the lives of millions of people through our plasma donation centers. This role is ideal for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Registered Nurses, Paramedics, or EMTs looking for a dynamic environment where their skills can directly impact patient care.
In this position, you will serve as the medical authority within the donation center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build rapport with donors to ensure a positive experience, provide education on general health, and counsel donors regarding test results. You will also manage donor injuries, adverse events, and assist in employee training and the administration of the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
