We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team in enhancing the lives of millions through plasma donation. In this role, you will be the medical face of our donation centers, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build lasting rapport with donors to ensure a positive customer experience, providing education on general health and counseling regarding test results.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where you evaluate donor history, manage adverse events, and assist in employee training. The position requires adaptability, as you will perform a wide range of tasks dictated by variable demands while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.
