About the 4A Cardiac Unit
The 4A Cardiac Unit is a specialized environment focused on complex cardiac care, including CHF, chest pain, pre-CABG, pre-TAVR, and Angio with stents. We are a STEMI-certified unit that manages Cardiac Drug Loading patients, with all nurses holding ACLS certification. The team handles a diverse mix of patients, including those requiring BKS, AKA, and med/surg overflow care.
Your Role
As a Graduate Nurse or LPN on this unit, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Your role involves coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve.
