About the Role
South Pointe Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our nursing care, responsible for initiating and leading individualized care plans while ensuring the highest standards of resident well-being.
Your day will involve assessing resident conditions, accurately implementing physician orders, and administering medications and treatments, including IV starts. You will also supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs, assigning care based on each resident's unique needs and capabilities. Effective communication with residents, families, and the broader organization is essential, as is the ability to react decisively during emergency situations.
