This role is designed for those who want to enhance the lives of millions of people by ensuring the safety and well-being of donors.
In this position, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while providing education regarding general health and counseling on test results. The role involves evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events, as well as assisting in employee training and administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. You will work in a dynamic environment where you must maintain donor and staff confidentiality while managing variable demands and changing conditions.
