About the Role

If you are an EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, LPN, or RN, your skill set and experience make you a valuable candidate for a Center Medical Specialist position in one of our plasma donation centers. This role is designed for those who want to enhance the lives of millions of people by ensuring the safety and well-being of donors.

In this position, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while providing education regarding general health and counseling on test results. The role involves evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events, ensuring confidentiality, and assisting in employee training. It is a dynamic environment where you will work independently and within guidance to handle variable demands and changing conditions.
