About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Health Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of our residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." Your focus will be on ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing everyone to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and help keep the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

New graduates are welcome to apply. This position operates on a full-time schedule, working 8 days per pay period from 11:00 pm to 7:15 am, with a rotation of every other weekend and holidays.
