About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Health Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of our residents while actively incorporating our philosophy of person-directed care. You will help develop care assignments in coordination with care partners and ensure each team member remains accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents every day.
Hiring Process
To be considered for this position, please submit your application with your current LVN/LPN license and CPR certification. We welcome new graduates and those with prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
