About the Role
We are seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join our international team dedicated to enhancing the lives of millions. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our plasma donation centers, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors. You will perform physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability while building strong rapport to ensure a positive customer experience. The position involves providing donor education on general health, counseling on test results, and managing donor injuries or adverse events. Additionally, you will assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
