About the Role
We are seeking an EMT or LPN to join our team as a Center Medical Specialist at one of our plasma donation centers. This role is designed for those looking for something different who want to apply their clinical skills in a dynamic environment.
In this position, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. A key part of your day will involve building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while providing education on general health and counseling regarding test results. You will also be responsible for evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events, ensuring donor and staff confidentiality, and assisting in employee training and the administration of the Hepatitis Vaccine program.
