We are seeking an EMT or LPN to join our international team as a Center Medical Specialist at our plasma donation centers. This role is designed for those looking for something different, where your clinical skills directly enhance the lives of millions of donors. You will serve as the medical backbone of the center, performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Beyond clinical duties, you will build rapport with donors to ensure a positive customer experience, provide education on general health, and counsel donors regarding test results. The position also involves managing donor injuries, ensuring confidentiality, and assisting with employee training and vaccination programs.
