As a Loyalty & Rewards Marketing Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will serve as the connective tissue between product and brand, bringing PNC's credit card business to life. You will own the marketing strategy for the customer Rewards program across the Credit Card suite, driving engagement and retention throughout the full customer lifecycle.
In this role, you will develop program-level strategic roadmaps and lead Total Rewards-driven credit card marketing strategies to encourage enrollment and balance growth. You will translate value propositions into messaging that resonates with target audiences, establishing foundational elements like audience personas and creative toolkits. Your work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Business, Creative, Analytics, and Design—to deliver multi-channel marketing strategies that drive strong customer engagement and loyalty.
You will act as a subject matter expert on target audience behaviors, leveraging competitive insights and analytical rigor to optimize marketing performance. From creative brief to implementation across owned channels (email, site, mobile, and direct mail), you will ensure creative excellence and generate repeatable frameworks for integrated marketing planning. This position requires a program management mindset to prioritize high-leverage work, communicate progress to stakeholders, and build data-driven narratives that support business cases.
