About the Role
As a Lot Technician & Maintenance professional, you will join our growing team to ensure the seamless operation of our parking facilities. This role is a unique blend of technical skills, manual labor, and customer service. You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment such as ticket spitters, gates, and payment kiosks. Your day-to-day duties include inspecting the physical space, painting lines, fixing barriers, and conducting routine cleaning to keep the premises orderly. Additionally, you will assist in setting up parking control equipment, implementing policies, and responding directly to customer inquiries to resolve parking-related issues.
