We have an exciting, fast-paced position available in our Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) in Kapolei. In this role, you will be the vital link in preparing purchased vehicles for transport and delivery to our dealerships and customers. Your day will involve inspecting and photographing vehicles for damage at the pier, staging them for efficient loading onto car carrier trucks, and shuttling vehicles across the lot and to remote storage locations.
You will play a key part in the final preparation process, removing metal ties and plastic coatings from hoods, roofs, trunks, and rims to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery. This role requires a hands-on approach to vehicle care, including maintaining accurate key files, documenting vehicle locations, ensuring proper fuel levels, and performing essential maintenance tasks like charging dead batteries and changing flat tires. It is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a dedication to customer service excellence are paramount.
This position serves as an entry-level foundation with a competitive hourly wage and clear pathways for advancement. Successful team members often progress into roles such as Detail Helper, Parts Delivery Driver, Parts Warehouse Person, Lube Tire Helper, or Auto Technician. For those interested in the Auto Technician path, we recommend pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology early in your career to qualify for that specialized role.
