Lot Associate

About the Role

This individual contributor position is the backbone of our vehicle logistics, responsible for staging and preparing inventory for inbound and outbound transport as well as direct delivery. You will be the first point of contact for ensuring vehicles are accurately logged, inspected, and organized on the lot, maintaining the high standards required for our processing and safety protocols.

Working Conditions

This role requires an active presence in an outdoor environment. You will be expected to walk 5 to 10 miles per shift and work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat. The environment may be cold, hot, noisy, dusty, or wet, and may involve fumes or odors from vehicle maintenance. The role involves frequently getting in and out of vehicles, as well as bending, twisting, stooping, and standing.
